Last week we officially launched Women in Recruitment, with an event in London, bringing together those with a passion for gender diversity in the workplace.

The event gave us an opportunity to discuss the findings from our recent study into why talented women in recruitment leave their careers before reaching their full potential.

The study revealed our industry’s weaknesses and has helped us shape membership offerings we’re confident will help retain and attract female talent in the recruitment sector. By offering women what they want and need to succeed, there’s a real opportunity here to stand out as an industry.
