Natasha is Chief People Officer at Sthree and is currently responsible for Group HR, Learning and Talent, and Strategic Planning.  Natasha began her career with Sthree in 1994 as a recuitment consultant. Between 2008 and 2011, Natasha sat on the board of APSCo, and in 2011 she established the ‘Identity programme’ for SThree, a programme designed to support the development and progression of women within the organisation. SThree has been  recognised by The Times in their Top 50 Employers for Women, with Natasha personally being named Opportunity Now’s Diversity Champion 2014.

Ann Swain is the driving force behind Women in Recruitment. She sits on its Executive Committee and has spent more than 30 years in recruitment as a highly-successful business leader. Ann is also the founder and global CEO of APSCo, with operations in the UK, Germany, Singapore and Australia.   She is the author of recruitment’s best-selling book, an international platform speaker and features in Staffing Industry Analysts’ ‘Global Power 50’ list of the most influential women in international staffing.

With more than 25 years’ HR experience in the recruitment sector, focusing on talent management, employee engagement and learning and development, Julie now heads up APSCo’s Talent Development team, providing high-quality recruitment, management and leadership training, designed and delivered by recruitment and subject matter experts.   She acts as programme director for APSCo’s Management Development Programme, accredited to the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

Katie is a Leadership Development Coach. She focuses on helping individuals bring out the best in themselves and others, to find more fulfilment at work, develop self worth, confidence, impact, influence and resilience and strengthen their relationships for improved results. Katie spent 15 years working in a range of financial services organisations in a variety of senior HR and OD roles, before specialising in coaching and development for the last 15 years.

Kate is Head of Member Engagement and has been with the REC since March 2013. She is responsible for stakeholder and member engagement, and influencing for the organisation.   Kate works on our key campaigns, including those on diversity & inclusion, flexible working, and youth employment & skills.

Alexa Bradbury

Alexa Bradbury is Head of Marketing at Guidant Group, the award-winning MSP/RPO provider, which is part of Impellam.   Alexa has more than 15 years’ recruitment marketing experience and is a keen promoter of diversity and inclusion in the recruitment sector and beyond.

POONAM MAWANI

Poonam Mawani

Poonam is a qualified accountant. After qualifying in audit and assurance, she then went into corporate finance before moving into industry.  Poonam went on to work at Milestone Operations, which was turning over £50m with 2,500 contractors out each week.   Poonam led the due diligence and legal sale of the company to Staffline PLC.
