The best way to get involved with WIR, and help us make a difference, is to become a member.  This will enable you to play a big part in shaping the future of women in recruitment. You can join either as a company or as an executive member as detailed below. We are also interested to hear from non recruitment companies to help make this step change and become supporting partners.

Company Membership

Company Membership is open to all recruitment businesses in the UK, irrespective of size and sector

  • Visible commitment to ensuring best practice in gender diversity
  • Use of the Women In Recruitment logo to demonstrate your commitment to the cause

Company membership includes:

Company members of Women in Recruitment commit to:

  • Being an organisation that positively encourages women in the workplace
  • Having in place policies and practices that support this view
  • Taking on board and putting into action the findings from WIR’s research
  • Providing annual gender diversity data and work towards suggested targets
  • Allowing women in recruitment to monitor the progression of women recruiters in their business
  • Attend three WIR events per annum

Executive Member

Executive Membership is open to women directors and those just below, in any role at any level, who works in a UK-based recruitment business. (Operational roles included)
