The session will cover the importance of style and tone of writing, taking a look at the key ingredients of a successful advert. Paul will also discuss how to adapt the message to reflect your audience, with a focus on the gender and generational differences that we need to be mindful of. Finally, there will also be some practical tools and tips which can be used by the people in your organisation who write your recruitment adverts.
